Customer Page 1 Custom Sparkles sequin slippers have been sold around the world. Locations include the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, France and Australia. They have been used in theater productions, weddings, Halloween costumes, graduations, proms, pageants, concerts, promotional advertising and print work, Wizard of Oz sing-alongs and many more events. Custom Sparkles adult and children ruby slippers were given away as door prizes at the annual Wizard of Oz festival in Portland, Maine. They were presented by Magaret Pelligrini and Clarence Swenson, two original munchkins from the 1930's film. The replica ruby slippers were also featured at "The Fine Art of Oz" exhibit presented by American Royal Arts in Ft. Lauderale, Florida. They are also currently on display at the Judy Garland museum in Grand Rapids Minnesota. Grand Rapids is the birthplace of Judy Garland. The 2006 Mrs. Grand Rapids wore a pair of Custom Sparkles ruby slippers at the state pageant costume competition.
